I tried the Pro Elite at a vibration studio and the best part about it was the personal trainer feature on the video screen. I just selected a program and the virtual trainer took me through all the steps. It was easier than trying to figure it out on my own or looking at posters for directions. Plus, the plate on the Pro Elite is huge so you can do a wide range of exercises on it. I sat down on one edge of the plate and stretched my legs across it (the entire length of my leg fit across the plate) and got a great hamstring massage after my workout. Although this machine may be too pricey for my home gym, it is a great investment for a vibration studio or high volume commercial space.

I think this a Wave machine, I have the old pro machine. I love it. I think the pro elite replaced the pro. I saw it at a Chiropractors office... amazing
