I have heard a lot of people talk about the benefits vibration exercise has for people with Osteoporosis. For example, my mother has Osteoporosis and works out at a WAVE gym three times a week and has found that she is in less pain and feels much stronger. Here is a blog that I read today that discusses this in a little more detail.
