    Positioning while exercising

Why shouldn't my knees pass my toes when training on a vibration plate?

Even though we are functionally capable of performing this action, it can still potentially damage the joint. If you let your knee go over your toes while training the upper leg tends to slide over the lower leg, which causes undue strain on the cruciate ligaments and knee joint (Fit2gether). Also, you may feel more head and throat vibration if your knees pass your toes, which is extremely uncomfortable.
