Itching while Exercising
Why do my legs and arms itch during and after training?

Itching may occur while exercising on a vibration plate, which is due to the large increase in circulation caused while training. This is completely normal. However, in rare cases there is severe reddening of the skin - usually on the legs. It’s normally a temporary thing, talk to your physician if symptoms last for a long period of time.

How do I get rid of the itching?

Normally the itching should ease up within three to five minutes or so of walking around, but if it persists I would advise against use of vibration exercise.

I notice the more I use my machine and the better my circulation gets the less I itch... If I have been sitting all day and my circulation is really poor, then using the machine will make me itch more.
