    Massaging

    Why do people massage on the vibration plate after they workout?? Are there any benefits from massaging?

    Hi Talia,
    The massage on a vibration plate enhances circulation considerably, which can be seen by the slight redness on the skin and felt by a tingly, warm sensation. This in turn increases lymphatic drainage and reinforces collagen. You can use the massage exercises as part of your warm-up program prior to a workout to warm up your muscles and you can use the vibration massage after your workout to help remove training's waste products.

    Massage improves the general circulation and nutrition of tissues. It is accompanied or followed by an increase interchange of substances between the blood and tissue cells. Heightening tissue metabolism.
